Where do you deliver?
Kasoa and Accra. Delivery fees and timing are individually agreed before payment. Operating hours: Monday–Saturday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Select pickup at checkout. The exact Kasoa pickup location will be shared when your order is confirmed.
What if I need to cancel or return something?
Draft policy for owner approval. Contact us before dispatch to request cancellation. Paid cancellations and refunds need confirmation. Change-of-mind returns are proposed for unopened, unused products with intact seals; the return window is not yet agreed. For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, contact us promptly with your reference and photos.
How are my details used?
Your name, phone number, delivery address and order are stored to manage your request. Access is restricted to authorised business and technical staff. Contact 0591908498 for questions or a deletion request. For this demo, use fictional customer details. A final privacy notice and retention period require the owner’s approval before launch.
